Ingredients:
1. Ajwain : 100 gms
2. Salt : 1/2 tsp
Procedure :
1. Heat a pan. Dry roast ajwain on low flame till you get aroma (approx 3 min)
2. Keep stirring as ajwain roasts quickly. Cool roasted ajwain
3. Grind it to a fine powder after adding salt

Mix it with hot rice, ghee and enjoy. Ajwain is good for digestion.
