Ingredients :
1. Bottle Gourd : 100 gms
2. Tamarind : lemon size
3. Urad dal : 1 tbsp
4. Chenna dal : 1/2 tbsp
5. Mustard : 1/4 tbsp
6. Dhaniya : 1 tbsp
7. Salt : as needed
8. Green Chillies : 2 Nos

For seasoning :
1. Oil : 2 tsp s
2. Urad dal : 1 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard : 1/2 tsp
4. Methi : 1/4 tsp
5. Jeera : 1/4 tsp
6. Red chillies : 2 no's
7. Curry leaves : 6 no's
8. Hing : pinch
Procedure :
1. Chop Bottle Gourd into medium sized cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan add Bottle Gourd pieces, tamarind, salt, green chillies and saute for 5 mins.
3. Fry urad dal, chenna dal, dhaniya, mustard in some oil.
4. Cool the fried mixture and grind it after adding the Bottle Gourd mixtue.
5. In the same pan fry all the seasoning ingredients and mix them with the grounded mixture.
