Tomato Roti Pachadi (Tomato Chutney)

Ingredients :
1. Tomato pieces : 100 gms
2. Tamarind paste : 1 tbsp
3. Urad dal : 1 tbsp
4. Chenna dal : 1/2 tbsp
5. Mustard : 1/2 tsp
6. Methi : 1/4 tsp
7. Red chillies : 4 no
8. Salt : As needed
9. Oil : 1 tbsp
For seasoning :
1. Oil : 2 tsp s
2. Urad dal : 1 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard : 1/2 tsp
4. Methi : 1/4 tsp
5. Jeera : 1/4 tsp
6. Red chillies : 2 no's
7. Curry leaves : 6 no's
8. Hing : pinch
Procedure :
1. Chop tomato into medium sized cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan add tomatoes, tamarind, salt, green chillies and saute for 5 mins.
3. Fry urad dal, chenna dal, mustard in some oil.
4. Cool the fried mixture and grind it after adding the tomato mixture.
5. In the same pan fry all the seasoning ingredients and mix them with the grounded mixture.
