1. Carrot chopped : 1 cup
2. Methi powder : 1 tsp
3. Red chilly powder : 2 tbsp
4. Lemon juice : 3 tbsp
5. Fresh coriander leaves : 1 bunch (finely chopped)
For seasoning :
1. Oil : 2 tsp s
2. Urad dal : 1 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard : 1/2 tsp
4. Methi : 1/4 tsp
5. Jeera : 1/4 tsp
6. Red chillies : 2 no's
7. Curry leaves : 6 no's
8. Hing : pinch
Procedure :
1. Take a bowl, add carrot, methi powder, red chilly powder, salt and mix well.
2. Add coriander leaves, lemon juice to the above mixture and keep aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning and add that to the carrot mixture.
