Verusenaga / Palli Roti Pachadi (Groundnut Chutney)


Ingredients :
1. Ground nuts         : 100 gms
2. Green chillies        : 4 no
3. Salt                       : to taste

For seasoning :
1. Oil                       : 2 tsp s
2. Urad dal              : 1 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard              :  1/2 tsp
4. Jeera                  :  1/4 tsp
5. Red chillies         :  2 no's 
6. Curry leaves       :  6 no's

Procedure :
1. Dry roast groundnuts in a pan.
2. Grind roasted ground nuts, green chillies, salt to a fine paste.
3. Heat a pan and fry the seasoning items adding one after other .
4. Add this seasoning to the grounded groundnut paste and mix well.
Tastes good with idly, dosa, vada.
