Dosakaya Avakaya (Cucumber Pickle)


Ingredients :
1. Cucumber                : 1 big
2. Red chilly powder     :  1 cup
3. Salt                           :  ¾ cup
4. Mustard powder       : 1 cup
5. Oil                             : 1 cup
6. Lemon juice              : ¼ cup

Procedure :
1. Cut cucumber into medium sized pieces.
2. Add redchilly powder, salt, mustard powder and mix well.
3. Now add oil to the cucumber mixture.
4. Add lemon juice  to the mixed pickle.
Keep it aside for 12 hours and taste.
