Ingredients :
1. Ghee : 1 tsp
2. Fenugreek : 1/2 tsp
3. Cumin : 1 tsp
4. Grated Coconut : 1/4 cup
5. Dry Red Chillies : 2
6. Salt : 1 tsp
7. Curd / Yogurt : Half cup
For seasoning :
1. Dry Red Chillies : 1 no
2. Mustard : 1 tsp
3. Urad Dal : 1 tbsp
4. Asafetida : 1 pinch
5. Ghee : 1 tsp

Procedure :
1. Heat ghee in a pan. When hot add fenugreek, cumin, red chillies and roast for a minute
2. Now, add grated coconut and turn off the flame
3. Grind the roasted mix to a smooth paste by adding little bit of water
4. Take the grinded mixt in a separate bowl. Add salt, curd/yogurt and mix well
5. In another pan heat ghee, roast all the seasoning
6. Add this seasoning to the curd mix and mix well
