Ingredients:
1. Fresh coconut grated : 1 cup
2. Raw Mango pieces : 3/4 cup
3. Oil : 2 tbsp
4. Urad dal : 1 tbsp
5. Chenna dal : 1/2 tbsp
6. Mustard : 1/4 tbsp
7. Jeera : 1/4 tbsp
8. Fenugreek : 1/4 tbsp
9. Red chillies : 4 no's
10. Salt : To Taste
11. Turmeric. : pinch
For Seasoning:
1. Oil : 1/2 tbsp
2. Mustard : 1/8 tbsp
3. Urad dal : 1 tbsp
4. Red chillies. : 2 no's
5. Curry leaves : 7
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan, then add urad dal, chenna dal, fenugreek, mustard, jeera and red chillies and fry till they turn red.
2. Now add grated coconut and chopped mango pieces to it.
3. Add salt,turmeric and grind them. You can also use a traditional rolu-pothram (mortar-pestle) to smash the mixture.
4. Heat oil add mustard,urad dal red chillies,curry leaves and fry them.
5. Add this seasoning to the ground chutney and mix well.
