Ingredients :
1. Carrot grated : 1 cup
2. Raw Mango grated : 1/2 cup
3. Methi powder : 2 tbsp
4. Salt : 1 tbsp
5. Red chilly powder : 2 tbsp
For Seasoning :
1. Urad dal : 2 tbsp
2. Mustard : 1 tbsp
3. Fenugreek : 1/4 tbsp
4. Jeera : 1/2 tbsp
5. Red chillies : 2 nos.
6. Oil : 2 tbsp
7. Curry leaves : 7 no's
8. Hing : pinch
Procedure :
1. Mix grated carrot, grated mango, methi powder, salt, red chilly powder in a bowl.
2. Fry all the seasoning ingredients in a pan and mix with the above mixture.
