Pesara Pappu Roti Pachadi (Moong Dal Chutney)
1. Moong Dal : 100 gms
2. Lemon : 1 no
3. Salt : 1 tsp
4. Green chilly : 1 no
5. Jeera : 1 tsp
6. Fresh coriander leaves : little
7. Hing : pinch
8. Curry leaves : 5 no
For Seasoning :
1. Oil : 1 tbsp
2. Urad dal : 1 tsp
3. Mustard : 1/2 tsp
4. Curry leaves : 6 no
5. Jeera : 1 tsp
Procedure :
1. Soak moong dal for an hour. Drain water.
2. Add salt, curry leaves, green chillies, jeera to moong dal and grind to form a coarse paste.
3. Heat oil in a pan, fry all seasoning spices and add to the moong dal mixture.
4. Add coriander leaves to the mixture and squeeze lemon on the top.
