Ingredients :
1. Green Chillies / Pachi Mirapakayalu :200 gms
2. Tamarind : lemon size
3. Jeera :2 tbsp
4. Salt :to taste
5. Oil :1 tbsp

1. Oil : tbsp
2. Mustard seeds :1/2 tbsp
3. Urad Dal. :1/2 tbsp
4. Cumin Seeds. :1/2 tbsp
5. Curry Leaves :2 springs
6. Channa Dal :1/2 tbsp
7. Hing :2 pinches

Procedure :
1. Start heating oil and crackle cumin seeds in a sauce pan.
2. Add tamarind and saute for few seconds. Add green chillies and fry for few minutes.
3. Close the pan with a lid to avoid crackling green chillies.
4. Adjust salt and switch off the flame. Allow it to cool for some time and grind coarsely using a mixer.
5. Make sure you don't grind it to fine paste.
6.Heat oil in a pan and make seasoning with all the ingredients mentioned.
