Nimmakaya Roti Pachadi (Lemon Chutney)
 
Ingredients:

1. Red Chillies         : 7 no's
2. Oil                       : 2 tbsp
3. Dhaniya               : 1 tbsp  
4. Urad dal              :  2 tbsp
5. Chenna dal          : 1/2 tbsp
6. Mustard               : 1/4 tbsp
7. Salt                      : to taste
8. Lemon                 : 1 no
9. Hing                    :  pinch
10. Methi                 : 1/8 tbsp
11. Curry leaves      :  5 no's
12. Fresh coriander : little

Procedure :

1. Heat oil in a pan and add red chillies and place them a side.
2. Now in the same pan fry chenna dal, urad dal,  mustard, methi, hing,curry leaves.
3. Ground all the fried ingredients to a fine paste by adding little water.
4. Add salt and squeeze lemon to the grounded mixture and mix well.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander

Tastes well with dal and rice.
