Beetroot Roti Pachadi (Beetroot Chutney)

Ingredients :
1. Beetroot          : 2 no
2. Chenna dal      : 1 tsp
3. Urad dal           : 1 tsp
4. Mustard           : 1/2 tsp
5. Dhaniya           : 1 tsp
6. Dry red chillies : 3 no
7. Oil                   : 1 tbsp
8. Salt                 : to taste

Procedure :
1. Peel the skin of the beetroot and chop this into small cubes.
2. In a pan, add oil and fry cumin seeds, redchilli, curry leaves, channa dal and urad dal.
3.Saute this in a low flame till the dals turn golden brown.
4. Keep this aside.
5. Now add the chopped beetroot and saute this in a medium flame without getting burnt. 
6. Cook for 10 mins.
7. Allow it to cool. Grind this along with the dal mixture into a fine paste.
8. In a pan add a 1 tsp of oil and the fry  the mustard seeds.
9. Saute in a low flame for a minute.
10.Transfer it to a serving bowl.
11.Enjoy with rice,roti or even for dosa.
