Kobbarikaya Perugu Pachadi (Coconut Curd Chutney)



 Ingredients :
1. Grated Coconut    : 1 cup
2. Curd                     : 1 cup
3. Green chillies        : 2 no
4. Salt                       : to taste

For seasoning :
1. Oil                     : 1 tbsp
2. Urad dal            : 1 tsp
3. Mustard            : 1/4 tsp
4. Jeera                : 1/4 tsp
5. Red chillies       : 1 no
6. Curry leaves     : 5
7. Fresh coriander : 2 tsps

Procedure :
1. Chop green chillies finely.
2. Take a bowl, mix grated coconut, curd, salt and keep it aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add urad dal and fry a little, then add mustard, jeera, red chillies, green chillies,
    Curry leaves on a low flame.
4. Add this seasoning to the coconut mixture and mix well.
5. Add finely chopped fresh coriander to the coconut mixture and serve.
