Karivepaku Roti Pachadi (Curry Leaf Chutney)
 
Ingredients :
 1. Karveepaaku : 150 gms
 2. Red chillies    : 5 no
 3. Urad dal        : 1 tbsp
 4. Chenna dal   :  1/2 tbsp
 5. Mustard        :  1/2 tbsp
 6. Tamarind      :  gooesberry size
 7. Oil                :   1 tbsp
 8. Salt              :  to taste

For seasoning  :
1. Oil                       : 2 tsp s
2. Urad dal              : 1 1/2 tsp
3. Mustard              :  1/2 tsp
4. Methi                  :  1/4 tsp
5. Jeera                  :  1/4 tsp
6. Red chillies         :  2 no's
7. Curry leaves       :  6 no's
8. Hing                   : pinch

Procedure :

1. Clean curry leaves and place them aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, fry cleaned curry leaves for 8 mins .
3. In the same pan, fry red chillies, urad dal, chenna dal, mustard, tamarind till dals turn red.
4. Now, ground fried dals and fried curry leaves together by adding needed salt and water.
5. Fry all the seasoning items in the same pan and mix with the grounded mixture.
