Kandi Pachadi (Toor Dal Chutney)


Ingredients :
1. Toor dal         : 1 cup
2. Dry red chillies : 6 no
3. Jeera               : 1 tsp
4. Salt                  : needed
5. Tamarind         : lemon size

Procedure :
1. Dry roast toor dal in a pan, transfer it to a bowl, and let it cool.
2. In the same pan dry roast red chillies, jeera, tamarind for 2 min.
3. Grind  roasted thoor dal, red chillies, jeera, tamarind, salt and grind well  to a fine paste by adding  water in middle.
